AROUND THE WORLD
For six consecutive months, we send you a unique collection of cheese from the world's greatest cheesemakers.
Each collection includes three artisan cheeses, selected for taste, seasonality,
style and texture. Just before shipping, the cheese wheels are pulled from our
cold boxes, hand cut, weighed and wrapped in butcher paper. Each box includes
approximately 1 1/2 pounds of very special cheeses from some of the best
producers in the world.
Club members receive Laura Werlin's Cheese Essentials describing the basics
of cheese selection, care and serving. The book is packaged in a custom box
designed to hold cheese notes that come with each delivery.
Clubs can be started in any month - just pick the ship date for the first collection.
After that, We ship on the third Wednesday of each month. A calendar will arrive with the
first collection and the next delivery date will be noted on the packing slip.
Delivery dates can be changed to fit any schedule with a phone call.
