The iconic Ferry Building in San Francisco has been our home in the city since 2001. We were one of the first food outposts in this iconic food hall alongside Acme Bread, Hog Island Oyster, Dandelion Chocolate, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, Gott’s Roadside, and Blue Bottle Coffee.

Our cheesemongers take pride in helping Cowgirl fans find their go-to cheese.

In addition to our organic, award-winning cheese, the shop features a carefully curated selection of the best of artisan goods. At our cafes, the kitchen team uses those same, high quality ingredients and goods from the CUESA farmers’ market to create seasonal, cheese-centric dishes for you to enjoy.

The town of Point Reyes Station holds an important place in our hearts: It’s where the Cowgirl Creamery dream began, the home to our first (and still operating) creamery, and where we spotlight and celebrate the region’s organic dairy producers.

The historic hay barn was lovingly renovated by our founders, Sue Conley and Peggy Smith, and houses our original creamery (visitors can see how Red Hawk is made), lofted office space, and our shop and Cantina cafe. It's a must-stop for food lovers traveling through to Tomales Bay and the Point Reyes National Seashore.

In addition to our organic, award-winning cheese, the shop features a carefully curated selection of the best of artisan goods. At our cafes, the kitchen team uses those same, high quality ingredients as well as weekly visits to local farmers’ markets to create seasonal, cheese-centric dishes for visitors to enjoy.
