February Cowgirl Club Cheeses Included

Red Hawk | Cowgirl Creamery | Petaluma, CA
Cured Meats • Ocean Spray • Roasted Nuts
The pride of Point Reyes Station is named for the majestic local red-tailed Hawk that soars over the Marin Headlands. Red Hawk is a small-batch production organic washed rind triple cream made with single source organic milk from West Marin. This special cheese is made exclusively in our original Point Reyes Station creamery. To capture the terroir of this unique coastal environment, each piece is delicately washed with a simple salt brine for three weeks, developing a glistening sunset-hued rind and flavors influenced by the natural microflora of Point Reyes. (7 oz, Pasteurized Cow's Milk & Cream, Microbial Rennet, Suitable for Vegetarians)

Seahive | Beehive Cheese Company | Uintah, UT
Creamy • Snappy • Fruity Sweet Notes
Seahive is a tru expression of the flavors of Utah. A humble sweet and creamy cheddar elevated to greatness when rubbed with wildflower honey and ancient Utah sea salt, and aged to perfection. This distinct combination of honey and salt make this cheddar truly memorable. (4 oz, Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Microbial Rennet, Suitable for Vegetarians)

TomaRashi | Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. | Petaluma, CA
Cream  Toasted Sesame  Umami   Whisper of Chili
Toma, easily the most popular cheese coming out of Point Reyes Farmstead, is now the base for three new uniquely flavored versions! TomaRashi is infused with the Japanese spice mix, Schichimi Togarashi, which is made up of nori, toasted sesame, poppy and hemp seeds, chili flakes and ginger. The creamy, buttery quality of the cheese is a perfect complement to the gentle heat and umami flavors of the Togarashi. (6 oz, Pasteurized Cowt's Milk, Microbial Rennet, Suitable for Vegetarians)

  • When will my order ship?

Due to the perishable nature of cheese and our standards for the quality of our cheese, we ship via FedEx Overnight Monday - Thursday. Please note the selected ship date is an estimated ship date. All orders will arrive within the selected week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, so please order in advance for holidays and special occasions.

Click here for more shipping information.

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! At checkout select “Ship to multiple addresses” and you’ll be able to send each collection to a different address.

  • How do I add a gift message?

During the checkout, select the checkbox for "include complimentary gift message," and enter your desired greeting. Your complimentary gift message will be printed onto the packing slip that is placed inside the box.

Prices will not be included on the packing slip or inside of the package. Receipts will be sent to the email you entered during checkout.

  • Can I order individual cheeses?

From our Cheese Shops in the Ferry Building & Point Reyes Station, yes you can.

From our Online Cheese Catalog, we aren’t able to offer individual cheeses. We do feature specific cheeses like our We Love Red Hawk or Welcome Wagon.  Also, from time to time, we have online specials with several pieces of the same cheese like our popular Tam Trio.  Sign up for our emails in the footer to be the first to know!

  • How should I store my cheeses?

As soon as you get it home, store the unopened cheese in the refrigerator for best quality. Any opened pieces can be re-wrapped in the cheese paper and sealed in the paper it comes in. You can also re-wrap the cheese in cheese paper that helps to preserve the cheese as much as possible.

If you don’t have cheese paper, use something that will keep the cheese covered so that it doesn’t dry out in the fridge. Other customers have used reusable beeswax food cloths and parchment paper. Plastic wrap can be used, but it’s better for harder cheeses than delicate soft cheese.

  • Can I create a custom assortment or make substitutions?

For our local fans shopping in San Francisco or visiting us in Point Reyes Station, we offer gift baskets and catering trays.

For our Online Cheese Catalog, unfortunately, we don’t have that option. But check out all of our current catalog - we’ve curated popular combinations that feature the best of Cowgirl for all kinds of cheese lovers.
