Shipping Information

In order to ensure the best quality of cheese upon arrival, we currently ship only next-day FedEx Monday - Thursday. FedEx doesn't ship to PO Boxes.

All orders will ship within the selected week for delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Please note the selected ship date is an estimated ship date.

You'll be emailed the FedEx tracking number of each package. We track all of our shipments throughout the day to confirm timely delivery. We are available to assist with tracking orders Monday through Friday 8 to 4:00 Pacific Time at 866.433.7834.

Cheese is delicate - to ensure the best quality, make sure the recipient is available during delivery so that the cheese can be stored immediately in the refrgierator.

Please note that FedEx doesn't require a signature and will leave packages at doorsteps of homes. In some cases to condos and apartments, FedEx may not leave the package, delaying delivery another day.
