It is bold, yet approachable with brothy depth and notes of fresh hay, melted butter and roasted walnuts. Crafted from organic milk, this washed rind cheese is aged for a minimum of 180 days. The milk used in Wagon Wheel Reserve comes from cows grazing on organic pastures in Sonoma County, enhancing the cheese’s complexity and making it a true expression of its terroir. Created by our award-winning cheesemakers, Wagon Wheel Reserve is a celebration of fresh, local organic milk perfect for elevating any dish or enjoyed simply on a cheeseboard.

Wagon Wheel Reserve is a limited-release product, crafted in small batches and available only for a short time each year.
