Bagel and Lox Charcuterie Board with Mt Tam

This Cowgirl Creamery Spring charcuterie board a classic assortment of bagels and fix-ins. Mt Tam makes the perfect creamy base to pair with classic bagel toppings and pairings.

 

Ingredients: 

6 assorted bagels, sliced and toasted
1-2 Mt Tam wheels, cut into 8-10 wedges
4-6 oz smoked salmon slices
6 strips cooked bacon, cut in half
2 persian cucumbers, cut into thin ribbons
1/2 small red onion, sliced on a mandolin
1-2 heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced 
1/2 cup capers

Directions: 

1.Remove the Mt Tam wheel(s) from the refrigerator about 1 hour before serving.

2. Add the bagels to two places on a large cheese board or platter. Add the Mt Tam onto the board and cut into 8-10 wedges.

3. In open areas on the cheese board add bacon and smoked salmon into 2-3 even sections of the board.

4. Fill in the remaining areas with cucumber ribbons, red onion slices, and heirloom tomatoes. Add capers to a small serving bowl and serve with a serving soon.
