Rotolo with Mt Tam

This viral appetizer sensation is made with slices of prosciutto rolled up with arugula, roasted red peppers, Mt Tam pieces, and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients: 

7-8 slices of prosciutto 
1-2 handfuls of arugula
1 Mt Tam wheel, cut into rectangular pieces
4-5 sun-dried tomatoes
Basil 
Balsamic 
Italian seasoning

Directions: 

1. Place 7-8 prosciutto slices onto a cutting board, slightly overlapping each other. Layer 1-2 handfuls of arugula onto half of the prosciutto slices. 

2. Layer 4-5 sun dried tomatoes onto the arugula. Top with Mt Tam wedges Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a sprinkling of Italian seasoning. Add the basil leaves and roll together like a sushi roll. 

3. Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces and serve.
